Provides seven free frozen home cooked dinners, a friendly weekly visit, supplemental services and advocacy to 1,250 of the isolated homebound residents in Greater Philadelphia and Chester County. St. Maximilian Kolbe parishioners are directly involved: Cooks - Families prepare and share a portion of their meal by using the trays provided by St. Max. Trays and instructions are in the entrances of the church. Visitors - Visit one homebound person a week bringing meals obtained form the parish freezer and spending time with them. Drivers - Shift inventory from the freezer to other freezers where meals are needed.
