Dear Families,
We are excited to announce that PREP registration for the 2024-2025 is now OPEN!
We have made some important changes to our program.
Please note the following:
- Families must be registered in St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish.
- Students must be registered in the school or in PREP to be eligible to participate in CYO sports.
- A copy of the baptismal record, for anyone NOT baptized at St. Maximilian Kolbe, is necessary for registration to be considered complete.
- Children in levels 2 through 7 must have completed the previous year of religious education before moving on to the next year (e.g. level 1 must be completed before entering level 2; level 3 completed before entering level 4 etc.), regardless of the child’s grade in school.
- If your child has missed a few years of PREP, please contact the PREP Office at 610-399-9642.
- Religious Education Classes are not extracurricular activities, but classes. Regular attendance is necessary to progress to the next Level.
- Any participant accumulating (3) UNEXCUSED ABSENCES FOR WEEKLY SESSIONS MAY BE DISMISSED FROM THE PROGRAM. Any participant accumulating (2) UNEXCUSED ABSENCES IN THE BI WEEKLY CLASSES MAY BE DISMISSED FROM THE PROGRAM.
- The participant may re-enroll the following school year. Upon re-enrollment the participant will be required to repeat the previous grade level that was not completed. This proceeding may delay the reception of sacraments.
Class dates and times are contingent upon securing enough volunteer catechists. All classes are subject to cancellation until a catechist is secured.

SESSION TIMES
Sundays - (All Sunday Classes will be Bi-Weekly)
* 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (levels 1-7)
* 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (levels 5, 6 & 7 only)
Tuesdays - (Tuesday Classes will be weekly, and bi-weekly).
* 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (weekly, levels 1-7)
* 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (bi-weekly, levels 5, 6 & 7 only)
TUITION
The registration fee schedule follows. These fees help to cover the cost of the program such as textbooks, resources and materials for catechists and families, faith formation events, online support and communications and the PREP staff.
Tuition this year will be:
$270 for one child
$470 for two children
$670 for three or more children
Material Fees:
$100 for 2nd grade First Penance and First Holy Communion
$100 for 7th grade Confirmation

Register with Parish Giving
Saint Maximilian Kolbe PREP is working with Parish Giving to provide online registration and tuition payment to our families. If you would like to pay your tuition by check, please contact the PREP office at [email protected].
All PREP families must be registered members of St. Maximilian Kolbe parish. If you are not yet a registered parishioner, please select PARISH REGISTRATION from the WELCOME tab above.
RETURNING FAMILIES go to https://www.parishgiving.org and log into your Parish Giving account to register. If you cannot remember your login information, you can reset your password or contact Parish Giving at 866-307-7140 for help.
